Bad news.

Foods don’t burn belly fat.

There are no foods that burn belly fat

There are no foods that can burn your belly fatties overnight.

No magic pill, no magic food that could burn your belly fat overnight.

Any guys that try to tell you they are trying to sell you something.

Some foods are rich in nutrients, like eggs, leafy vegetables, berries, oily fish, etc.

But they don’t burn fat.

All foods have some calories, some more than others, but you don’t lose weight or burn calories by way of consuming something.

Some foods are rich in nutrients, like eggs, leafy vegetables, berries, oily fish, etc.

Your ‘burn’ fat when you don’t eat enough to cover your energy needs and so your body resorts to its stored energy: your fat and from this it’ll source energy to make up for the shortcomings.

What wrongs with burning fat overnight?

It’s a big DNE (Does Not Exist).

Your body can metabolize and burn fat at a certain rate and the «overnight» does not have anything to do with it.

Why do we often weigh less in the morning?

Because water losing while we breathe and sweat during the night. You do burn some calories during the night. However, the loss of water weight is more significant than the loss of fat.

The only way to burn fat is to eat less than you have used to.

LESS FOOD.

Doesn’t matter what kind of food. Preferably whole natural foods.

There’s nothing wrong with what one is eating but how much one is eating.

No food burns belly fat but can be a trigger to your body to use body fat as an energy source.

From eating fewer carbs, you’ll feel less swollen and maybe have the idea that you lost fat around your belly.

I ask this question differently:

What Foods result in gaining belly or body fat?

Foods with too many carbs, and sugars.

Processed foods, with too much salt,  bad fats, artificial components…

Exclude these from your diet and keep your daily routine program going.

How to help yourself avoid falling off the diet at night

Avoid late-night dinner.

Stay away from heavy servings.

If you feel hungry in the bad and can’t sleep, try to drink some warm water.

Don’t drink too much, you don’t want to wake up tonight.

Didn’t help?

You can try some greens, but something not too tasty.

Take a Broccoli.

Yes, you can take a quick bite of something like broccoli.

Or a tablespoon of Greek yogurt.

Now STOP eating.

No, no …

No fruits,  no sandwiches, no salads.

No milk.

Put this cake back.

Close the fridge.

Go back to bed.

Better Sleep Health can  Support Weight Loss

Study 2018 has found that sleep disturbance can slow down fat loss and make it harder for people to lose weight, especially when they are on a diet.

Sleep disturbance may affect weight loss.

Not sleeping well can affect your eating behavior

After a sleepless night, you feel tired and hungry.

If you don’t get enough sleep or have problems with the quality of your sleep, your body doesn’t recover enough and needs extra energy in the form of a croissant.

Once you become too hungry, you overeat everything.

So sleep well

  1. Hmm it looks like your blog ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I had written and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any helpful hints for rookie blog writers? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
